1) How Can I block a Villa in Palm Meadows?
After selecting the Villa from availability, you can book the Villa by paying 35 lakhs of the total cost with in a week of blocking.
2) What are the modes of payment?
Check/DD/Wire Transfer (International)
3)What is the payment schedule?
a)Booking advance (with in week of blocking) INR Rs. 35 lakhs.
b)Against Registration of Sale Deed and construction agreement (two months after payment of advance). Balance of agreed
cost of Villa after deducting (a+c)
c)INR Rs. 30 lakhs in 6 Quarterly Installments of INR Rs. 5 lakhs each form the date of registration.
4)What is the difference between blocking and booking?
Blocking: Blocking is done after seeing the availability of Villas and is valid up to one week only.
Booking: Booking is done after you pay the booking advance of INR Rs. 35 Lakhs with in the week of blocking.
5)What are the additional Charges?
Registration charges, Service Tax and VAT extra.

6)Can you provide banking loan services?
Palm Meadows is a HUDA approved Project, it is recognized and approved by all leading financial institutions (ICICI, HSBC,HDFC), the respective representative for this project from your preferred financial institutions shall help you with acquiring aloan.
7)Are the titles of all projects undertaken by Splendid Aparna clear?
We launch projects on land with clear titles and clearances from all concerned statutory authorities.

8)Can customization of our Villa be facilitated?
Subject to technical feasibility internal brick work can be changed, any alterations on the exteriors and the building structureis not permitted.
9)Will we be assisted in renting out the Villa we buy from Splendid Aparna?
We do get a lot of enquires, which could be redirected to you. We also work in close contact with accredited realtors who willalso be able to help you out.
10)Are the terms of payment linked to progress?
Yes initial installments are linked to approvals and registration and the final installment is linked to construction progress.
11)Are prices quoted and finalized subject to escalation?
Once the initial booking amount is paid, the price remains constant.
12)When can one sign the purchase agreement after paying the initial amount?
This can be done on the very same day the payment of the initial amount is made.
13)What is the maximum amount of loan we get from banks?
Generally, a maximum of 90% of the total cost i.e. including car park, registration and other costs, can be sanctioned as aloan.
14)Will Splendid Aparna be able to help us in getting a Home Loan?
Yes, many MNC Banks, Public sector banks and housing finance institutions, approve of all our projects. You can choose the one that is best suited to you and we will help in the formalities.
15) Has Splendid Aparna delayed its delivery schedule of any of its projects?
Splendid group and Aparna group have a track record of delivering on time.
